It was time for Atrium Agri’s growth strategy to take the next step. JB Hydroponics, a specialist in cultivation systems and substrates, is now the seventh partner in the partnership of Henk Verbakel (Havecon), Edward Verbakel (VB Group) and Koen Brabander (PB tec). Atrium Agri acquires worldwide exclusivity on BaOpt climate system
Recently Atrium Agri signed an agreement with Advanced Climate Systems (ACS) for exclusive distribution of the BaOpt climate system in the horticultural sector. The ACS climate system, which uses diffuse ventilation, is used successfully in various industries. Because Atrium Agri and ACS join forces, the BaOpt system is now being introduced in the sector around the world.

Atrium Agri continues its acquisition path with a series of impressive acquisitions
Atrium Agri is making progress and has acquired all interests in Havecon, VB Group and PB tec. At the same time, the partnership has reached an agreement with the co-shareholders of its existing participating interests in Bom Group, CambridgeHOK and JB Hydroponics. These acquisitions make Atrium Agri the largest and most complete horticultural supply cluster in the history of Dutch greenhouse horticulture.
